Hosting and technical access data

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Requests involve technical data such as your IP address, requested files, time, browser information and response status, to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

International processing and retention

Cloudflare operates internationally; processing outside the EU, including in the USA, is possible. Data processing and international transfer safeguards are described in the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum. Retention depends on operational and security needs and applicable legal requirements; this website does not promise a fixed provider-wide deletion period.

Your appearance choice

If you explicitly select Light, Dark or System, your browser saves that choice under “assistant-theme” in localStorage. It stays there until you change it or clear the website data in your browser. The website does not send this preference to a server or use it to identify you. The preference serves the display setting you requested.

Fonts, images and videos

Media load from this website’s origin. The film can start silently when it enters view; the small controls let you pause it and choose sound. Reduced Motion and browser data-saving preferences are respected. There are no YouTube/Vimeo embeds or Google Fonts requests.

No advertising or analytics tracking

The website contains no analytics service, advertising pixels, contact form or user account. Its own code sets no cookies. Hosting-related technical processing is described above. Film and app examples are demonstrations; this website does not request health data, documents, bank details or microphone access.

Email contact

When you email us, we process your sender address, message and any details you provide to respond. This is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. We keep the correspondence only as long as needed to deal with it or to fulfil statutory retention duties.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw any consent for the future. Contact the address above. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, in particular the Lower Saxony data protection authority.
